Manse pulls them into one private record that stays current as your home changes, so the next question you have, the next repair you schedule, and the next owner you hand it to all start from the same trusted place.
Why we're building it
The house is most people's largest asset, and it's the one they have the least information about. Warranties expire unnoticed. Manuals get lost. Maintenance falls off a mental checklist. Buyers and sellers hand each other a shoebox of receipts. It should be better than that.
What Manse does
We start from your address, pull in what's already public, and help you fill in the rest by snapping a few photos. From there Manse quietly keeps track of your appliances, warranties, service history, and documents, and reminds you before things lapse.
