Why do you only offer annual plans?+
Caring for a home is a long-term commitment, and Manse is built the same way. You might not use it every day, but when a warranty expires or something breaks, you need everything at once. Annual plans let us invest in your home year-round, and AI tokens are pooled and refreshed annually. Not satisfied? Cancel within 90 days for a full refund.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Both plans run for 12 months. The annual plan is paid upfront and renews yearly; the commitment plan is billed monthly across a 12-month term. You can turn off renewal anytime in your account settings.
What happens to my home graph if I cancel Premium?+
Your home graph stays intact. You'll keep free-tier access to your maintenance schedule and basic home profile, and you can re-upgrade anytime to unlock the rest.
Is there a family or multi-home plan?+
Premium includes household member invites at no extra cost. Multi-home pricing is in the works; reach out if you need it sooner.
